Born out of our post-earthquake experience, we've pioneered a number of innovative and cost-effective damage-avoidance solutions including:
- Building inspections – to identify problem areas
- Seismic upgrade techniques – to remediate any issues identified
- Disaster preparedness audits
- Readiness solutions
- Ongoing building management
Our Building Construction delivery team is experienced in using Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL). This damage-avoidance technology has huge potential to play a major role in the future of construction in this country, not just in the Christchurch rebuild.
The reputation of our team as an industry innovator has been achieved through consistent delivery of practical, cost-effective and creative services that include solutions that think outside the square.
We strongly believe that the time spent with clients to understand their business and unique needs is the most important investment we will make into any commercial relationship. Through that understanding we can provide our clients with specific, strategic advice and practical support in realising their goals.
